Hedi Hoka is Ph.D. of psychology, leadership coach, professor and inspirational speaker..

With her experience in both the practice of coaching and the development of coaching as a field of research, Hedi Hoka brings a unique approach of knowledge and theory with business and personal application. Hedi Hoka is an experienced coach, specialized in leadership, creativity enhancement, entrepreneurial innovation and education, as well as personal development and she is on the faculty of the Applied Psychology Department at Babes-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca. Her mission is to bring behavioral sciences closer to people. Her interest in coaching focuses on bringing a methodology and an experimental platform into play in order to see how coaching effectively works, and particularly on exploiting the psychological mechanisms that trigger human potential development. She is passionate about evidence-based coaching which links theories and research from behavioral sciences and neurosciences – such as psychology and neuropsychology (brain and behavior relationship).
